Add an upstream

To add an upstream, first create or edit an endpoint, then click the endpoint's name from the "Listing Endpoints" screen:

Switch to the upstream tab:

Click "New Upstream" and enter the required information under the tab corresponding to the LLM upstream that you want to add, then click "Save Llm Upstream"
